Tony Brown

Tony enjoys working with young children. He founded Elite Sport Coaching 15 years ago after leaving college. He loves football and is a keen Man Utd fan as well as playing in a 7-a-side team at weekend. He has a two year old daughter and another due in February.

Matt Martin

Matt has been working with Tony at Elite Sport Coaching since the company’s inception. He is a keen West Ham supporter and plays football at a competitive level in his spare time. Matt has a rescue dog called Chewy.

Taylor Armstrong

Don’t be fooled by Taylor’s dour expression! This is actually Taylor looking very happy!

Ronnie Heffer

Ronnie has worked for us for the past 2 years and specialises in coaching football, he is currently studying at college and hoping to become a Police officer when he leaves. Ronnie is also a very keen West Ham Fan.

Jake Orton

Jake works for us as an assistant sports coach and is hoping to gain his qualifications to work as a full time sports coach.  In the summer he likes to  go to festivals.

Kara Jane Hedges

Kara has recently joined our team after spending a year coaching in US sports institute in New Jersey in America, her favourite Sport to coach is tennis. She has also studied at the University of Greenwich. She loves spending time with her family and visiting new places.

Tom McIver

Tom has worked as a coach for a few years now and is FA qualified in football, He currently coaches and manages Rayleigh Town Girls. He is also currently studying sports science at SEEC. He can be known as the strict  coach but also has a great sense of humour.
